This Foam Re-bonding Machine(with steam) is mainly used for foam flocks that come from foam crusher blown into mixing drum of foam re-bonding machine after mixing with adhesive. Then the mixture is dropped into a standard size mold L2050*W1550*H1800mm(can be customized) where it goes under hydraulic pressure to shape bonded foam.
